Job Description:

• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting
• Review of accounting transactions and journals for local & oversea entities and to work closely with the finance team for fair and true reporting
• To supervise and provide guidance to staff members in financial matters
• Perform monthly review and analysis of financial reports & operational performance
• Preparing analysis reports for tax filing
• Responsible for monthly GST submission
• Assist in managing of company’s cash flow
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure submission of statutory and tax reports are on timely basis.
• Liaise with internal & external auditors, resolve audit and accounting issues
• Liaise with tax agents on tax issues, annual submissions and Group’s tax planning
• Liaise with external parties including bankers, secretary, etc
• Ad hoc tasks delegated from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Commerce/Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent team player, meticulous, and highly attentive to details
• Able to work effectively work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
