1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting

2. Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts and admin

5. Good working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the company's finances and ensuring accurate and timely of financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements report in compliance with FRS and other regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining financial records
• Full spectrum of the Financial and Accounting functions (Full Set)
• Liaise with bankers of the Company
• Liaise with tax agent for annual corporate tax computation and quarterly GST filing
• Plan, coordinate and execute annual financial audit for the company and associates
• Supervise, coach and review the works of accounts executives
• Oversee account payables, general accounting and fixed assets processes
• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring that client invoices are accurate, complete, and sent out in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable and cash flows, monitor payment collections, and follow up on overdue payments
• Liaise with and provide data analytical support to other business unit heads
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in related field
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines
• Resourceful,adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail

• Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations, receipting of incoming funds, handling of refunds to customers as well as prepare schedules for month-end and year end closing and provide financial data for management reporting.
• Involved in systems’ enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Areas of study in Accounting/ Business/ Finance
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Preferably knowledge of Workday system
• Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, good team player, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines
• IT savvy
