Job Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with new and existing clients to identify sales opportunities, providing tailored solutions for business goals.
• Enhance client experience and revenue growth by optimizing product adoption for a portfolio of SMB clients.

Requirements:

• Skills: Strong time management, motivation, and proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and the supported market language.
• Attributes: Self-starter, able to meet deadlines, comfortable in a competitive sales environment, and adept with computers and multiple systems.

Job Description

• Strategic Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling LCL services to achieve growth targets.
• New Business Development (40% Hunting): Actively prospect and acquire new customers by leveraging market knowledge and networking, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities to expand the customer base.

The Successful Applicant

• Established industry network with strong connections with outdoor sales teams, shipping lines, and forwarding companies to leverage relationships for business growth.
