Introduction

This position is located in the Finance Department, Fleet and Family Readiness, Singapore Area Coordinator (SAC), Singapore. The primary purpose of this position is to perform accounting functions payables and minimal receivables, SAP processing and reconciliation, Singapore local national payroll processing, CPF submission and taxation reporting, and supporting cash cage function.

Duties

• Responsible for processing accounts payable transactions. This includes entering approved invoices into SAP, reviewing company code/general ledger account coding, reviewing vendor information, processing Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) where appropriate and filing the supporting documentation in the appropriate files.

Job Description

• Responsible for monthly management of accounts closing
• Handle GL accounts for a subsidiary
• Review AR and AP accounts
• Prepares quarterly GST report and GST related matters
• Prepare the weekly cash flow report
• Able to supervise junior staff to meet work quality and dateline
• Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, auditor, tax agents & bankers
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• 3-5 years working commercial experience or 2-3 years audit experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and knowledge of ACCPAC would be preferred
• Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out operational tasks to upkeep plant such as gas check at site, data downloading, isolation, issue permit as per SOP etc.
• Perform SCADA data monitoring and logging in NABS system
• Perform system alarms monitoring for FM200, gas and flame detector on annunciator panel
• Conduct gas quantity nominations and reports checking/monitoring
• Supervise maintenance work activities for CM & PM works
• Field check and plant monitoring including End Users and Customers. Weekly routine check and the monthly visual inspection check at site
• Perform meter data download/collection for customers during billing submission
• Perform flow monitoring and control on flow control valve and meter
• Communication and coordination with Upstream supplier, End Users, EMA/PSO, Power Gas and KAM team.Be part of the emergency response team
• Any other job assigned by Shift Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma Engineering in Mechanical or Instrument with at least 3 years of experience in Oil and Petrochemical industry
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
• OPSOC, WAH, Confined space supervisor, CERT & first aider certificate will be an advantage
