As the Enterprise Account Director, you will partner closely with LinkedIn's largest customers in Korea to expand our footprint by aligning LinkedIn’s diverse portfolio of professional solutions with their complex requirements and be dedicated to making our customers stronger, seeking out opportunities for growth.

You will conduct Executive-level commercial discussions related to the renewal and expansion of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring, Insights, Learning) products and solutions. In order to ensure our customers generate the highest return on their investment, you will ensure that the solutions are being utilized effectively in region and, ultimately, will provide compelling recommendations for additional investments and renewals in LinkedIn. This is a highly collaborative role requiring a passion for building strong and lasting relationships which allow our largest customers to be, and feel, successful with LinkedIn products and solutions. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of applicable quota-carrying/sales experience
• Business fluency in Korean and English due to local market needs

Responsibilities

Strategy and Growth

1. Support the BU Leader and Executive team in the development and implementation of BU financial plans (managing sales, pipelines, revenue analysis).

2. Ensure the completeness and integrity of financial system data in WIN to benefit from accurate data and revenue analysis.

3. Foster and maintain excellent servicing standard with external and internal stakeholders on Accounting & Settlements (A&S) and Claims matters.

Financial Oversight

1. Responsible for monitoring the BU revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted and are reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.

2. Review monthly management financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances.

3. Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes.

4. Ensure that all controllable costs and those allocated costs where the BU has some influences (e.g. overseas offices costs, etc) are both acceptable, budgeted and correctly forecasted.

6. Provision of other ad hoc financial reports as requested.

Client Service Advocacy

1. Ensure that assigned clients’ accounts are up to date by working with Servicing Team in Ipswich and Mumbai.

2. Assisting on query management with external stakeholders and Servicing team.

3. Periodically and timely reporting on any accounting, claims and settlement matters to internal and external stakeholders after collating the information from Servicing team.

4. Engage various internal stakeholders to identify area of developments internally and externally and able to provide and discuss potential solutions.

5. Building the relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve and maintain the servicing standard whilst managing their expectations.

6. Escalate any operational matters to Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Key Account Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales goals for assigned accounts.
• Partner with Operations to enhance sales, distribution, and merchandising efficiency.
• Track service levels for assigned accounts and work to reduce missed sales opportunities.

Promotion Strategy and Product Launch:

• Refine promotion tactics to boost sales.
• Set objectives and develop marketing strategies with retailers.
• Perform market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Product Launch:

• Facilitate new product listings with supermarket chains and oversee planning and execution of product launch activities.
• Handle product promotion proposals, negotiations, and execution.
• Coordinate with supermarket staff to secure product display space and rental during promotional periods, and enhance visual merchandising.
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase product visibility and brand recognition in stores.

Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations such as stock ordering and replenishment.
• Gain insight into the customer's business environment, identify and leverage opportunities to expand market share, and recognize market threats to boost outlet profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients, balancing their needs with the company's interests.

Sales Development:

• Contribute to the creation and execution of sales initiatives (e.g., new product launches, promotions, themed campaigns).
• Track and manage marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Analyze sales data, category performance, and promotional effectiveness for assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights on market trends and competitors to stay competitive.
• Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to enhance sales performance and advance business growth.

Requirements:

• With 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG field.
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
