Our client is an established international forwarder, looking for a new Global Account Support Executive as part of their expansion plan.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Working closely with internal operation teams and accounts managers to ensure all service expectations are being met.
· Monitors day-to-day activities, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential issues which may lead to service failure
· On-site support at customer office:
- Provide daily visibility on the shipment status
- Provide shipment booking status for global shipments.
- Work closely with freight team on capacity availability for the key lanes
- Coordinate to expediate all the priority ocean freight shipment, lies with inbound customs for cargo clearance and delivery to customer's site
Qualifications:
· Skilled professionals with expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and data analysis
· Able to define problems, collect data, perform analysis and make valid conclusions
· Able to work under pressure
· A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
· Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
· 3-5 years of freight forwarding, or logistics experience is required
