Responsibilities

• Follow up with outstanding payment
• Coordinate with Operations Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions including processing customer purchase order, creating delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
• Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.
• Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Accounts Department and generate monthly reports for Management.

Job Description

1) Correspondence With Parents

· Handle all enquiries and student registrations online and offline

· Provide feedback to parents on current students' progress

2) Data Entry

· Prepare the centre’s enrolment on a daily basis

· Maintain and update students' profile

3) Curriculum & Worksheets

· Assist the Academic Department with the assignment of curriculum

· Preparation of worksheets and answer sheets for weekly classes

· Checking and correcting errors in worksheets and answer sheets

4) Upkeeping Centre

Description Of Role

The successful candidate will be supporting Product Manager on all aspects of administration processes to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration processes for new supplier partners and new products development

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Pivot Table. AutoCount knowledge will be an advantage.
