The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the funeral home, handling sensitive information with discretion, and assisting families during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist families and visitors with empathy and professionalism.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.

Schedule appointments and coordinate funeral services.

Prepare and process necessary documentation, including death certificates and permits.

Maintain accurate records and manage databases.

Assist with the preparation of funeral service programs and memorial items.

Handle financial transactions and billing processes.

Support funeral directors and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Description / Responsibilities

· Support day-to-day operation

· Liaise with internal & external parties

· Prepare Invoices & Delivery orders for logistics operations

· Data entry & checking of supplier’s price to invoices, updating material price list, stock inventory.

· Provide general administrative support included answering phone calls, attending to visitors to meeting rooms, mailing of company’s letters and walk-in clients

· Manage document workflow, organizing, filing and retrieving of documents and maintain database and file records.

· Provide simple finance support functions such as coordinating billing, payment and input invoice into system.

· Respond to emails from clients and team members

· To carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

· Any other adhoc duties when assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

· Singaporean , Permanent Resident

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in office skills or Diploma or equivalent qualifications with a least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in administrative duties

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently as well as a team and communicate with all levels

· Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.

· Preferably Yishun Area

Working environment : Indoor

Monday – Friday : 8.30am- 6.00pm

Saturday – 8.30am – 12.30pm

Sunday/ PH - OFF
