Job Descriptions:
· Assist Deputy General Manager to support in managing Admin Team
· General administration support, including but not limited to:
· Company BCA license renewal, new application
· Support audit including GGBS, ISO, BCA 24 RP-P-T personnel
· Respond to internal & external parties, including but not limited to relevant government agencies such as BCA
· Preparing payment voucher for suppliers and processing petty cash claim for staff
· PPE order and record update
· Support tender team for POA application
· Support team leaders on call
· Company internal and external events support like posting Christmas cards, ordering CNY hampers and mooncakes etc
· Reception of guests from local and abroad
· Taking meeting minutes
· Management of company stamp and director’s signature stamp
· liaise with regional and HQ office and submit reports upon request
· General Admin duties, including but not limited to handling incoming calls, email, mails, ordering stationeries and pantry supplies, arranging travel and booking of hotels
· Other duties as assigned by DGM
Job Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree, admin or HR related studies preferred
· At least 5 years of related working experience
· Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency.
· Able to work well as a team and independently
· Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes including MS Excel, Power point & MS Words
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· 5 days work week
· Appointment title will commensurate with experience and qualification
