• Tracker and chaser deliverables and To-Dos
• Liaise with Service Recovery Test Center of Excellence (STSS) / Finance
• Support in SDM and related documentation activities
• Communicating and following up admin support for Control-M scheduled maintenance related activities
• Report generation / inputs for broader reporting for pillar based on data pulled from various resources
• Admin support, coordination, governance activities for production pillar
• Data clean up, highlighting quality issues based on checklist and correction as per guidelines
• Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required.
• All other non-technical tasks that can be performed within Service Recovery to support the Service Recovery team

Expected Work Result:

• Raising eMemo before the current memo expire, associated doc readiness, tracking and alignment with Service Recovery Test Center of Excellence / Finance
• Staff pass, Laptop, LAN ID, Access applications to various system
• Organizing in uCloud, Confluence or SharePoint etc
• Audits, Compliances, Risk, Mandatory Training, Leaves & Timesheets
• OPEX/CAPEX tracker, processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoice payment

Responsibilities
• Participate in UAT for projects within the department
• Manage tenancy agreements for expatriates which includes new applications and renewal
• Process claims on Travel Expense, Entertainment & Gift expense and other miscellaneous claims
• Checking of invoices and inputting of expense payment into systems
• Daily verification and EOD reconciliation between systems
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Process incoming swift messages and constructing of outgoing swift messages
• Updating of EMS database
• Reconciliation and monitoring of cash card balance, petrol card transactions and overtime for company drivers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement
• Diploma/ Degree's holder in any discipline
• Previous working experiences as Admin and Account Payable are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A strong and driven team player

Job Description

As a geospatial analyst, some day-to-day tasks include:

• Preparing input data for AI models
• Developing and automating GIS processes
• Researching into remote sensing technology and methods
• Researching into carbon markets and carbon accounting methods
• Developing bespoke AI models, post-processing and analyzing results
• Presenting insights to clients

Job Requirements

• Vector manipulation using GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS)
• Coding skills, preferably Python or R
• Experience with remote sensing is a plus
• Interest in learning AI
• Interest in tackling environmental and conservation issues; knowledge in carbon markets and nature-based solutions is a plus
