Accounts:
Book keeping: entering data into the Accounting software
Prepare invoices for customers
File all documents related to suppliers and customers
Liaise all AR and AP matters
Liaise with Accountant regarding submissions of Annual Reports and other authorities
Check and respond to online or offline product enquires
Liaise with software engineers on website maintenance and uploading of new products to website
Adminstrative:
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of properties, office and equipment
Ensure building maintenance are scheduled, followed through and updated
File all documents.
Obtain quotations for purchase or services
Liaise with service providers and suppliers.
Liaise with tenants
Obtain necessary records such as water and electricity meter readings.
Understand all the necessary functions of equipment and software required
Arrange appointments for directors
Answer all incoming calls
Check and respond to email correspondence and phone enquires.
All other admin and customer service duties.
Coordinate and arrange products deliveries
Handle all administrative matters as requested by Directors or superviors
