Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of meetings / appointments / roster of the Japanese Management. To set up the meeting rooms for the Managing Director’s periodic meetings with Japan Headquarters and overseas offices.
• Handle calls and receive guests for appointment with the Japanese Management in Head Office.
• Maintain filing system with database records of Japanese managers’ income and allowances as well as business expenditure for tax reporting.
• Collate Japanese documents for sending to Japan Headquarters and other overseas offices periodically.
• Prepare the Monthly Schedule for each month in advance after liaising with the relevant departments on meetings and events of the calendar year.
