• Salary: S$1,800 - S$2,200.00

Key Responsibilities
Support the finance & admin dept in accounts & general administration works.
- Support accounting functions such as processing vendor invoices, preparing payment vouchers, receiving vouchers and others.
- Assist in bookkeeping activities and inventory management.
-Monitor, verify any discrepancies and key in supplier delivery order and invoices into the accounting system
- Tabulating and assist to check through employee claims
- Data entry into software such as Microsoft Excel,Word and accounting system
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files, manage databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide support to clients or customers who visit or call the office.
