To provide support to the accounting team by handling administrative and full set accounts including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payables (AP) and month end closing activities.
Duties and responsibilities
1. To assist team for partial accounts function.
2. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including data entry, journal entry, etc.
3. Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures.
4. Attend to queries from external and internal auditors and tax agent.
5. Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like answering phone calls, collect mails from letter boxes, purchase order, filling, etc.
6. Undertake any ad-hoc duties including admin duties, as and when assigned.
Qualifications
● Minimum O Level, Certified/Diploma in Accountancy, Business Studies, or its equivalent.
● Experience in full set accounts will be an added advantage.
● Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
● Meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
● Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills, positive working attitude
● Essential computer skills – Microsoft office, Accounting software – Navision
