Plan and review courses based on the client’s training framework.
Determine target audience and level of training.
Write and review learning objectives.
Source for appropriate training providers / facilitators.
Initiate and monitor Quotations and Requisitions in accordance To organisation’s procedure manual.
Discuss with training provider/facilitator on course curriculum where appliable.
Vet publicity emails, if necessary.
Assess first-time facilitators when the need arises.
Evaluate feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
Submit course report To Branch Head.
Follow up on recommendations/comments made by Branch Head and/or Director for improvement of subsequent courses.
Provide feedback To facilitators based on evaluation results, where necessary.
Co-ordinate Logistics Management for training programmes
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
A team player with high ability to deliver work in an accurate and timely manner.
Good speaking and written English to engage clients, trainers, students, and handle email correspondences.
Independent worker and Problem Solver.
Should be comfortable in using Excel.
Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant working experience.
