Accountant (Finance & HR/Admin) ā Contract/Permanent
Job Responsibilities
Ā· Maintain full sets of account
Ā· Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports
Ā· Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters, including inventory management
Ā· Prepare and submit management and statutory reports
Ā· Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
Ā· Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information and business statistics to facilitate General Manager in the decision-making process
Ā· Liaise with auditors, secretarial as well as any other stakeholders
Ā· Provide administrative as well as HR function (inclusive of payroll)
Ā· Any ad hoc assignment as assigned
Requirement
Ā· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent. Any further professional qualification will be an advantage.
Ā· Good analytical, problem-solving skills and organisational skills with ability to multi-task
Ā· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· For Singaporeans only
Ā· Meticulous, with good organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
Ā· Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA is preferred.
Ā· Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced Ms Excel knowledge and PowerPoint skills is preferred.
Ā· Process and deadline driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ā· Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ā· A team player with positive mind-set and initiative
