Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing their calendar, emails, and phone calls, and handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Director, ensuring all relevant information, documents, and resources are prepared in advance.
• Draft, review, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the Director, compiling and organizing data in a presentable format.
• Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation ensuring a seamless travel experience for the Director.
• Handle Director personlal affairs such as child school enrollment and counselling.
Requirements:
• Possess Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fresh graduate is welcomed.
