Main Duties & Responsibilities:
ยท Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
ยท Prepare and distribute sales-related documents and reports.
ยท Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in-person.
ยท Provide information about restaurant services, menus, pricing, and special promotions.
ยท Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
ยท Liaise with customers to understand their event requirements and preferences.
ยท Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
ยท Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales conversions.
ยท Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and coordinate their distribution as needed.
Qualifications:
ยท Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
ยท Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
ยท Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
