· Oversee general accounting functions and monthly Bank reconciliation.
· Ensure oversee of data entry of monthly and submit quarterly GST reporting.
· Prepare and submit progressive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the projects and chase for certification.
· Handle Mid and End Staff salary and payment of Bank Transfer.
· Handle Accounts Receivable including Invoicing, Record Received Money and Chase payment.
· Invoicing make sure to receive PO, COA/Payment certificate/DO to support.
. Motoring Monthly Maintenances Schedule & Invoicing.
· Prepare and submit CPF, IR21 & IR8A, and other government grants (BCA Cortrade Funding, MOM Child Care Leave, FWL Levy claims etc).
· Responsible in all aspects of administrative and human resource management for all staff and workers including recruitment cycle which is Payroll and employment work pass any issue.
· Maintaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award.
. Maintain compliance with company confidential matters for HR (Personnel certificate and data of employees).
. Apply & Renewal of license/certificates (BCA, OSHAS, bizSafe) and liaise with WSHC Consultant & Auditor.
. Handle Internet banking Transfer to Supplier & Staff claims
. Handle Staff Loan.
· Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required liaise with Banker, Brokers, Auditor and Consultants.
