Requirements

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in customized automation machine design.
• Experience in customized semi-conductor, connector, or machine design is preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is preferred; familiarity with Pro-E and Inventor is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of mechanical movement, function, and performance; good perception of 2D and 3D objects.
• Solid understanding of machining processes.
• A genuine desire and passion for designing high-performance machines.

Job Description：

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock

architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDS2, including P&R,

formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for

reliability (DFR) and tapeout.

3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an

automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or

computer science.

2. At least 0-2 years of work experience in the digital backend design field.

• Minimum of Diploma in M&E Engineering or relevant; with at least 2 years of experience.
• Willing to work on weekends if site required.
