The Executive / Senior Executive provides casework support to low-income families and individuals in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges. He/She manages the senior learning programmes and activities at CDAC Centres and in the community to help seniors stay active and lead a fulfilling ageing journey. He/She also work closely with volunteers who contribute in it.
Key Job Duties
a) Case Management
· Assesses and recommends appropriate financial assistance and other forms of support to families and individuals.
· Supports and monitors families’ progress in improving their resources and ability to cope with their challenges.
b) Programme Management
· Manages the operation of the programme
· Organise activities and projects to engage and support beneficiaries
· Evaluate the activities and projects
c) Stakeholders Management
· Engages volunteers and partners in programme planning and implementation
· Manages volunteers systematically from recruitment, training to providing feedback and recognition.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Degree, preferably in Social Sciences
· Has passion to work with low-income families, seniors and volunteers.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude
· Strong organising skills with the ability to work in teams and independently
· Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and preferably a dialect
· Willing to work on Saturday
· Caring, responsible and resilient
· Proactive in learning
