You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the entire production process from start to end, and to ensure that the Company's film & media projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

• Be involved in client presentations, relationship building and account servicing.
• Work with the team to craft creative proposals for potential clients during pre project development.
• Build and develop new initiatives/workplan that will improve operation efficiency and workflow productivity.
• Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely client communication.
• Effectively managing the production team and provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members.
• Allocate resources effectively according to each project and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Set quality standards and expectations.
• Build and improve on existing SOP to support operational goals.
• Hire and assemble high performing team members.
• Develop and execute strategies for the Company to reflect growth in this business segment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Film & Media, Business Administration with 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of project management background experience in similar field.
• Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• To have sufficient knowledge in film & media productions.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
• Willing to achieve high growth with the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Revenue, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management functions
• Review and ensure timely daily billing, receipting and adjustment postings
• Review monthly reconciliation schedules and Accounts Receivable Aging analysis
• Review Revenue policies and procedures to ensure compliance to Instruction Manual and SB-FRS standards
• Manage and support external and/or internal auditors on audits relating to revenue and Accounts Receivable functions and grant packages
• Provide advisory to Divisions on Revenue policies and processes
• Support Divisions to drive on-going system implementation or enhancement projects

• Lead and oversee the Payment and Withholding Tax teams to ensure smooth daily operations, including month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
• Verify payment requests submitted by the Payment team
• Plan payment run for institutions and ensure payments are processed according to the agreed payment schedule

• Assist with the preparation of reports and analysis related to Accounts Payable and Withholding Tax
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects relating to new system implementation, system enhancements and process improvement
• Supervise, train and manage staff including setting of KPIs and conducting regular communication sessions, etc.
• Review work processes to promote efficiency and strengthen internal control procedures
• Support audits by providing the necessary documentation and information
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge in SAP S4 Hana
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing teams
• Meticulous, self-driven with a sense of urgency
