Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications and Outreach Department, the Executive (Design and Marketing) designs fresh and compelling marketing content for the intended audience, effectively advocating the Singapore Children’s Society’s cause, establishing Children’s Society as a thought leader in matters relating to children and youth well-being and to improve community outreach of the Society.

Job Description

• Conceptualise, design and post corporate and marketing collateral across multiple channels
• Review and approve collateral and copy developed by internal teams to ensure they align with the Society’s brand guidelines and messaging
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels, including print materials, digital media and presentation decks
• Adapt complex and technical information into meaningful and impactful marketing projects with a strong call to action
• Layout created content based on the intended platform which includes publications, social media posts and other relevant marketing channels
• Keep updated with industry trends and assist with market research in design and content creation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective delivery of the Society’s marketing materials and ensure they are published according to agreed schedules
• Support Society-wide events with photography and video coverage as needed
• Upkeep a depository of visual assets available throughout the Society

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of three years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience and portfolio in design for marketing
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous, with strong communication skills to articulate the project and vet content
