Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts that meet clients' requirements and budgets.
- Prepare and present design proposals using tools like SketchUp, ensuring clients are excited about their future spaces.
- Work closely with the project management team to oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build and enhance your professional portfolio, showcasing your design work to attract new clients.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of interior design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing completed residential or commercial projects, or design work and documentation from academic pursuits, internships, or other relevant endeavors.
- Applications from entry-level candidates and aspiring designers are welcomed; what we value is a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
Other Prerequisites
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in all MS Office tools.
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for design, aesthetics, and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the design world.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be considered, applicants must reside in Singapore and hold Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident, or Malaysian citizenship.
