Key roles and responsibilities
1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3. Overseeing customer account management by maintaining and growing an existing customer portfolio (Corporate segment).
4. Required to penetrate into new accounts through innovative and sound consultation with business stakeholders.
5. This is an individual contributor, B2B sales role.
6. Execute effective consultative selling, cross-selling and up-selling strategies, in addition to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
7. Administrative obligations include sales report, projection and pipeline planning
8. Sales and service oriented, highly motivated, strong team player and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. Able to cope with stress and sustain the drive to achieve monthly & annual sales targets and other KPIs
10. Ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
11. Work cross-functionally with design, project & QS teams to ensure project delivery and to highest customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
12. A business degree from a reputable tertiary institution
13. 2 or more years of corporate sales experience preferably from Interior Design / Architectural business
14. Exudes a strategic mindset to service and grow an existing territory of key customers
