Role Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise. Purpose of Role

Working as a key member of the Actis Real Estate team and based in Singapore, this person will support the team on Actis South East Asia investments. The candidate will be working on screening of new investment ideas / strategies, and preliminary / final investment reviews of prospective investment opportunities for the fund.
