Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain the asset value of assigned properties.
• Continuous operation of key services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire safety, and security systems.
• Ensure the implementation of programmes staff are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in the maintenance and operation of fire and life safety systems.
• All services and preventive maintenance programmes are conducted consistently and efficiently.
• Service requests and work orders are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Prepare an annual review of the Asset Plan for each property and implement the approved plan.
• Manage tenant leases, including the handover and repossession of units, coordinating tenant renovations, and overseeing tenant relations.
