Purpose of Role

Working as a key member of the Actis Real Estate team and based in Singapore, this person will support the team on Actis South East Asia investments. Requirements

• Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree from a top university;
1+ years of experience in the valuation or advisory team of a real estate firm;

• Language: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication enabling effective communication with clients and the sales team to facilitate guidance and advice;
• Strong understanding of and passion for the local residential market;
• A deep interest to simplify and bring sophisticated real estate science to the average consumer;
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills with a focus on actionables;
• Advanced MS-Excel / G-Sheet skills, including complex modelling;
