JOB REQUIRMENT

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Building /Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or any related discipline
• At least 3 years of Sinagpore QS experience, preferably from Engineering/ Construction industry
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good negotiation skills and ability in managing vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Meticulous, independent and innovative
• Honest and reliable

Responsibilities

• Tendering Process (Trackwork Projects)
• Project Phase Cost Control
• Coordinating with Authority, Sub Contractors, Suppliers and Client.
• Variation Order, Extension of Time Claims
• Final Account

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Experience Railway/Trackwork projects
• Excellent exposure in Computer Skills

Location: Central (Transportation pick up at Tanah Merah, Pasir Ris, Jurong West, Yishun)

Salary: $4K - $5.5K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

*Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with Year End bonus + VB based on performance.

Requirement

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M & E, QS tendering department
• Experienced in handling large scale building projects

Responsibilities

• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
• Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
• Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
• Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects
• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
• Familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
