You will be responsible for overseeing the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the groups existing buildings and properties. 2. Project Management

Job Descriptions:

• Perform quantity take-offs for various projects.
• Source and compare quotations for relevant trades, conducting price comparisons and cost analysis.
• Raise timely tender queries or design discrepancies for clarification.
