Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Quality Service Experience Manager (QSM)

• Responsible in providing excellent service to all customers

• Handle mailbox enquiries and resolve customers issues via email communication and personalised calls

• Ensure accuracy of data collected from the customers

• Maintain and update the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system

• Responsible for distributing enquiries and follow ups to relevant teams, stakeholders and departments

• Fulfil the service level agreement by responding to all emails within 3 working days turnaound time and ensure prompt follow up on cases

• Provides daily email summary report to the QSM

• Escalate to the QSM on challenging issues or complaints received through mailbox channels

• Work closely with inbound/outbound Project Experience managers in developing quality service operational SOPs and processes

• Analyses service quality across the contact centre and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction to achieve highest level of service excellence

• Using various data such as contact centre daily service level, customer satisfaction, surveys data accuracy and call/complaint logs to develop strategies and techniques which enhances the overall effectiveness of the contact centre operations

• Train and guide employees to create a culture of service excellence

• Any other ad-hoc duties

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our clients' site. This includes liaise various contractors and vendors to schedule preventative maintenance, cleaning services, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. You shall investigate, check and give recommendation for reported breakdowns & faults to determine their root cause to prevent future occurrences. In addition, you shall be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices, attending to incidents and setting up of the events etc.

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure

Job scope

· To respond to M&E facilitates operations cases to provide technical knowledge and advice for site issue

· Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services.

· To manage sub - contractors in fitting out and A&A projects and ensure adherence to building’s regulation guideline

· To conduct preventive M&E maintenance to ensure smooth facilities operation.

· To manage minor A&A works M&E project

· To Coordinate with client, vendor, internal team. External contractor

· To liaise with vendor for cost comparisons and liase with client for building M&E contract renewal.

· To adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Requirements

· Diploma in Facilities Management or M&E engineering

· 4 years of Facilities operations.

· Proficient with acmv/hvac/ aircon building M&E.

Job Requirements

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
• Required to take company-sponsored 7 minutes ferry ride from Punggol Point Jetty

Job Descriptions

• Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services and manage contractors doing maintennace of Soft Services ( Cleaning , Pest control etc)
• Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
• To provide technical knowledge and advice to the Team to resolve any site issue. To respond and compile fault cases and highlight any major issue to managers.
• Oversee sub - contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations if needed. Manage minor A&A works M&E /facility-related repair and replacement works.
• Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
• Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled.
• Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.

Requirements

• Facilities management background with at least 3 years of similar experience.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management , Building , Engineering or any equivalent.
• Good technical knowledge in Mechanical systems / engineering and ACMV.
• Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft application.
