You are responsible for providing support to the Accounting & Finance team in the preparation of various financial reports and projects to improve accounting, IT and internal controls and office operations for the Group of entities in Singapore, Australia and Japan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial and corporate secretarial records.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, such as management accounts, presentation of materials and other documents, for management and investors to have insights into business performance, trends, tenancy arrears management, forecast and credit review checks.
• Liaise with third party such as auditors, tax agents, banks, investors on financial related matters.
• Undertake tasks or projects to improve accounting, IT controls, internal controls, office operations and business sustainability.
• Undertake tasks or projects relating to accounting and office operations.
• Support in any ad hoc finance activities as required by managers/directors inclusive of administrative matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. MS Excel)
• Meticulous, resourceful, tech-savvy and able to perform under tight deadlines
• Self-starter who can work with low supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset

Job is to capture interiors of Residential, commercial & industrial units.

Mainly residential (HDB/Condo/Landed) units.

There will be about 3 - 5units to assigned every week.

Time taken for each residential unit to capture the images is 45mins to 1.5hrs (depending on the size of the unit)

Photographer must have a positive attitude and will be required to work on weekends

Photographer to posses:

1) Sony full Frame E-mount camera

2) Tripod

3) External Flash with trigger

4) Own transport

5) Adobe Lightroom & Lightroom editing skills

6) Videography skills are a plus point – Videography equipment and jobs will be assigned to those with videography experience

These will be Provided:

1) A Wide Angle lense, Sony E-mount

2) Training - Follow a mentor for 2-3units. He will provide all the important points to capture the images required. And also to impart essential interior photography/lighting skills.

Salary: $100 paid per unit

• Coordinate the inspection of Civil and Structural works

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with working experience in foundation works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of structural/architectural works in building construction
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
