Job Description

• Inspect HDB commercial premises regularly, including common areas and nearby residential flats, following Client's rules and standards.
• Handle inquiries from shop tenants, lessees, and the public about improvement works at HDB commercial premises, like shops and Civil Defence Shelters.
• Plan and carry out work according to Client guidelines, procedures, and legal requirements. Respond promptly to Client requests and resolve issues.
• Supervise contractors to ensure they complete work on time and meet Client's expectations for repairs and upgrades at HDB commercial premises.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to HDB on inspections and property maintenance activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Local Poly Diploma in the relevant fields such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5 years of management experience in the field of facilities management.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Project Engineer's role is to:

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead project supervisors in completing projects
• Adhere to project budget, schedules and scope of work, and deploy appropriate staff
• Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to project
• Troubleshoot and resolve all issues arising in projects
• Conduct and attend weekly site meetings
• Liaise with Safety Officer to ensure quality standards and health & safety requirements are adhered to
• Ensure site staff adhere to all safety regulations
• Develop project reports on a timely basis
• Prepare project drawings such as built drawings, shop drawings etc.
• Perform any other tasks assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work 6 days a week + long hours
• Possessing own vehicle is an advantage
• 3- 5 years of working experience in construction or civil projects as Project Engineer
• BCSS or higher safety certification
• Proficient in CAD Drawing
• Conversant in both English and Chinese

Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of the facility
Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
