What do we expect from you?

OTHERS:

• Ensure that the Guest Ledger, Advanced Deposit Ledger and City Ledger balance to the General Ledger on a daily basis.

What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Director Of Restaurants & Bars or any other authorized by the management, As a Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis. You are also responsible for delegating tasks to all the restaurant personnel and ensuring that the responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.

• Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
• Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors.
• Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
• Conducting inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.
• Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.
• Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management.
• Managing the outstanding bills and cash inflows of the restaurant.

. Supervisor the work on site

· Coordinating with contractors on site work and resolve site issues

· Report to project manager on project updates

· Planning and order material

· Prepare inspection form and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO

· Quality check and control for finished works

· Progress control on structure works

· Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time

· Plan and control site works

· Any other related duties assign by superior from time to time

· Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

· Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team

· Performs other duties as assigned

• Working at building construction site.
• Must have knowledge of Rebar &carpenter work. Provide and deliver the necessary tools, equipment for the various work sites.
• Must have experience with managing workers and able to arrange works for workers
• Monitor and supervise workers on site to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
• To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• At least 15 years experience as a senior site supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities of Corporate Development Analyst:

• Create financial models, conduct feasibility assessments, perform valuation analyses, and scenario planning to support decision-making processes.
• Support transactional activities including due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Aid in the preparation of recommendations, studies, and presentations for senior management.
