Assists the contract manager in providing
elective support to project management teams
by ensuring that the contracts are administered
in accordance with contractual obligations and
eìective cost management strategies;

· Carries out pre-tender activities in the award of
trade packages by conducting site show round
and ensuring the completeness of tender
drawings/documents;

· Seeks clariícations with the respective
consultants regarding discrepancies in the scope
of work and drawings; replace all addendum
drawings and BQ pages after clariícations;

· Seeks quotation from the respective trades and
follows up on submission of quotations;

· Takes up quantity as per BQ and the detailed
breakdown in the Excel sheet;

· Reviews tender pricing with contract manager;
understands the project schedule, proít margin
and goodwill discount; attends tender
interviews; goes through tender reply with
contract manager and prepares reply
accordingly;

· Reviews letter of appointments, contract
drawings and documents and to highlight any
deviation from the tender;

· Attends project kick oì meetings and brief the
scope of works with project team and
management;

· Makes arrangements for insurance/factory
licence/bond/pre-construction survey, ít out
deposit if required;

· Follows up on making arrangements for
sample submission;

· Attends consultant meeting with Project
Manager;

· Negotiates with the respective supplier and
appoints the specialist sub-contractors based on
trade;

· Ensures the timely submission of VO cost on
day to day or weekly basis and communicates
with the project manager; timely submission of
monthly progress claims; ínal account closing;

· Submits the progress claim on monthly basis;

· Follows up eìectively on payment certiícate
and payment with the clients;

· Certiíes sub-contractors claims based on site
progress and quantity;

· Requests for AI/EI with the respective
consultants;

· Attends internal and external project closure
meetings with consultants;

· Submits the warranty based on contractual
terms;

· Ensures PM’s submission of as built drawings
and OM manual

· Follows through with the landlord on refund of
ít out deposit

· Any other duties as may be assigned

Supervise the progress of M&E works on site. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire protection etc.

Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

Requirements Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the hotel’s digital marketing and social media efforts to drive brand awareness, brand engagement and revenue generation. The incumbent must champion all digital marketing initiatives such as paid advertising, retargeting, search engine optimisation; consistently analyse the performance and results, monitor 3rd party platforms and ensure that the hotel’s websites are updated and optimised. The incumbent should also expand the hotel’s digital footprint and oversee our social media efforts; increase engagement and identify new channels that aligns with the hotel’s marketing direction.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Performance

· Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy for the hotel, aligning it with the overall marketing objectives and business goals. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage and convert potential customers.

· Develop and execute Digital Marketing initiatives on owned channels as well as applicable third-party channels. These include website/microsite management, content marketing, Social Media marketing, SEO management, retargeting, organic and paid campaigns management and OTA content optimization.

· Has a strong understanding of digital and analytics platforms to maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports, provide insights and recommendations, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.

· Increase traffic flow through direct and semi-direct online channels to boost the property's overall revenue. Prioritize the hotel’s websites as the primary electronic distribution channel and oversee its online presence across multiple digital platforms, such as the official website, social media channels, and online travel agencies (OTAs). Improve online listings and ensure guests receive accurate and current information.

· Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

· Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.

· Identify and evaluate new online marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.

· Manage and grow the hotel's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement engaging content, respond to user comments and inquiries, and actively engage with the online community.

· Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for the website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.

· Generate video / image content with exceptional writing skills for websites and social media

To carry out duties, projects and other assignments as required by Director of Marketing

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our clients' site. This includes liaise various contractors and vendors to schedule preventative maintenance, cleaning services, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. You shall investigate, check and give recommendation for reported breakdowns & faults to determine their root cause to prevent future occurrences. In addition, you shall be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices, attending to incidents and setting up of the events etc.
