Our client is well placed to provide consulting services in various industries and you will be responsible for calling respondents using a provided dataset, conduct structure surveys using a script over the phone in a friendly yet professional manner and enter responses into the computer system.

Qualifications:

• Passion for speaking with people over the phone
• Does not let rejections affect your positive attitude
• Fluently read and converse in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu
• Able to comfortably read from and follow a script without paraphrasing
• Basic IT usage e.g. Microsoft Words/Excel
