• Requirements:
  •Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  •Minimum 3 years working experience for Quantity Surveyor position

  • With LTA/PUB projects experiences will be an advantage

• Able to plan , manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects to complete on time and of desired quality.
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
• Material and Equipment Control.
• Leading and Managing of workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
• Coordinate and report project status on a regular basis.
• Requirements, Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS), Formwork supervisor, Core-trade Supervisor, Work-at-Heigh Supervisor.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
