• Developed the estimates and provided support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team's requirements
• Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures, and contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate a reliable/established vendor list

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, contract administration, measurement of quantities, variation orders and final accounts
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
