Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
• Taking Tender BQ, liaises with Main Con QS, Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
• Need take BQ on Construction Drawing thereafter for Variation Purpose.
• Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders, work out variation's claims, verify measurements with the client.
• Assess and submit a monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.
• Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to awarding contracts.
• Simple Drafting
• ACMV work experience is preferred

Job Descriptions

· Support of maintenance and project works function

· Prepare cost estimate for monthly breakdown call claim, cost estimate for ad-hoc works by user FSOR

· Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Operation/Client (e-PO, Final BQ, etc.)

· Review and prepare specifications, evaluate and recommend tender submissions and contract documentation (maintenance contract)

· Prepare tender document, tender calling, tender evaluation, market survey report, contract documents, including bills of quantities with clients/ architects, and preparing and analysing costing in detailed reports

· Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation report, variation agreements and render professional advice on any penalties, liquidated damages when deem necessary.

· Prepare recommendation report (exercise option / CVR etc.)
Carry out random audits of not less than two (2) projects on maintenance replacement per month

· Administer term contractors A&A works

· Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey, M&E, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant qualifications from a recognized tertiary establishment.

· At least 5 years of relevant working experience (FM industry preferred) is required for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the WSHO in the implementation of appropriate work safety and health measures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and safety standards
• Co-ordinate with safety supervisors to ensure safety processes and regulations are adhered to by all workmen
• Assist the WSHO in conducting safety inspections at site and ensuring non compliances are properly recorded and closed out promptly
• Assist in the maintenance of Occupational Safety and Health records
• Highlight non-compliances and potential safety risks to the WSHO and follow-up on the mitigation measures
• Assist in the conduct and arrangement of safety briefings, Tool Box Meetings and other safety related campaigns, events, programmes and training
• Assist in safety supervision where relevant and required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Construction Industry
• Candidates MUST have Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages

• To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim

• To process monthly progress claim and final claim

• To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project

• To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services

• To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims

• To liaise with suppliers for quotations

• To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner

Requirements:

• Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction industry not limited to shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, office buildings, etc.

• Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsibility and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment

• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

· Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.

· Involved in tender preparation and participation

· Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission

· Preparing payment claims, verifying payment to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to contract are captured and tracking VOs

· Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.

· Other ad hoc duties from time to time

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in QS works in Singapore construction firm. (Kindly Provide project type and experience in your resume)

Working hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Friday), 9.00am - 1.00pm (Alternate Saturday)
