• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site / estate
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common property
• Prepare for council meetings and general meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting
• Assist Condominium Manager in Administrative work including a) Change of Mandate for proper financial operation of Clients' current and fixed deposit accounts. b) Review all contract, agreement and insurance before expiry and update latest list

Requirements

• 2 to years of relevant working experience
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills
• Mature and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To assist the Project Manager/Professional Engineer in the daily execution of work.

• To supervise the workers or sub-contractors in daily operations.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule and objectives.
• To work as according to the blue prints/drawings accurately.
• To monitor the progress and ensure the quality of work.
• Ensure the safety, standard and timeline are strictly adhered to.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Experiences in Structural works and General Building works will be advantageous.
• Possesses relavent WSQ/WSH certifications is mandatory.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, leadship quality, strong problem-solving and communication skills is a must.
• Able to communicate in English. Good written skill is a bonus point.
• Able to write and speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese clients.
