-Supporting in sourcing and comparing suitable three (3) quotations for the project materials request, liaising with suppliers and purchasing, monitoring project order schedule.
-Preparation and Submission of Monthly Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Settlement of Final Account and ensuring all Invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
-Assessment of Subcontractor’s Progress Claim, issuance of Payment Response and final payment.
-Handles issues including Extension of Time, Terms and Conditions, Prolongation Claim, Loss, and Expenses Claims.
-Perform other QS-related duties.

Requirement:
-Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying.
-Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, involves in sourcing and purchasing, billing etc.
-Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Scopes:
• Prepare tender submission and contract agreement.
• Prepare BQ, tender pricing.
• Experience in handling progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts with client and Sub-contractors.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
• Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the subcontractors in close liaison with the Project Manager/designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim to clients.
• Verifies payment documents before submission for approval.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Quality Surveying or Civil Engineering or in related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong troubleshooting skill and analytical mind.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive and hardworking.

• Responsible for general office management and operations coordination.

• Prepare invoicing & support for accounts department.

• Keep up to date the office general filling system.

• Manage reception and incoming outgoing mails & courier service.

• Work as a team with the office to accomplish related results as needed.
