Job Description: Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:The Assistant Project Manager (APM) plays a vital role in supporting project management teams in planning, executing, and closing projects. • Compile information necessary to ensure all site-specific documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time, including (and as applicable): Property Information Book, Site Operating Manual, Emergency Procedures Manual, IIPP Manual, Local Code Compliance Log, ADA Compliance Log, OSHA Log, Safety Meeting Log, Elevator Logs, Janitorial Log, Purchase Order Log, Vendor Certificates of Insurance, As-built Drawings, IIPP Manual, Paid Invoices File, General Files, Contract Files, Annual Property Conditions and Year- end Performance Report and other reports and documentation as required
• Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed
• Assist in providing information and reports necessary for the development of capital budgets for the facility. This includes contributions towards a five-year plan of maintenance, facility improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
• Collect, analyze and prepare reports of such statistical data as may be required to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives
• Expected to be thoroughly familiar with the management contract, vendor agreements, and other building/facility contracts and all requirements contained therein
• Monitor and ensure that tenants and vendors comply with insurance requirements and coordinate all claims as required
• Proactively inspect the facility, systems, rooms, common areas, etc. and report back any findings or issues to the Facility Manager

You are:

• Minimally Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or any other related field
• Minimally of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required
• Able to work in fast-pace environment
• Able to communicate well and multi-task
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications a plus
• Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring

You will be supporting the Marketing Assistant Manager in driving marketing strategies and implementing of campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales.

Marketing Assistant

1. Assist the team in planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
2. Assist in acquiring promotional deals from tenants, coordinating communication and ensuring timely execution of promotions.
3. Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
4. Create engaging content for social media channels using the content received from tenants and other sources.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
6. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
• Preferably 1 year of working experience
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ad campaigns on all different marketing channels
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiar with any form of social media or email marketing platforms will be an added advantage
• Resourceful, and enthusiastic about taking on-board new challenges
• Organized and able to keep within given deadlines with minimal supervision
