Responsible for contract documentation

Responsible for taking off measurement

Preparing and checking progress claims to Client and from sub-contractors

Attend meetings with Clients, consultant, subcontractors and commercial team pertaining to contracts matter, costings and invoicing and billings works

Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission

Calling of quotation and review the subcontractors’ quotation for completeness

Responsible for handling running project

Prepare and finalise outstanding progress claims and final claims

Ensure the return of duly signed subcontractor/supplier agreement/works order

Prepare materials take off for procurement and update material wastage control form

To monitor schedule of protected quantity

Preparation of cost comparison andcoordinate for award of subcontract work

Evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ progress payments and ariation claims (include any deduction to be made)

Finalization of accounts with subcontractors and client

Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior

• Position : Project Engineer - Building Construction (A1 Main Con) - Up to $6000 + Bonus
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm | Saturday Half Day
• Location: Central Area
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Liaise with subcontractors, surveyors and site supervisors/foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors on the project related matters
• Carry out site inspection and ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in Building & Construction Industry.
• Independent with good communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of local regulation, code of practices especially related to EHS

Main Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR duties
• Utilize effective recruitment and selection strategies
• Work with managers to ensure that suitable internal or external candidates are recruited for specific positions as required
• Maintain internal communication of vacancies and appointments
• Execute all new employee records including Employment Agreements, signed position descriptions and employee handbook
• Follow through on new appointments to receive the appropriate induction program, coordinated by respective manager

1. Carry out land and engineering surveys, capping beam and pile cap setting out survey, traverse main and sub control lines

2. Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage

3. Prepare setting out data and pre calculation as per requirement

4. Carry out routine building alignment (horizontal and vertical) survey during the course of the project, perform field surveying to obtain data for base plans

5. Make accurate Pre-measurements and survey report for engineering to design

6. Ensure all coordinates on field alignment to match up to construction drawing

7. Any discrepancy between construction drawing and site condition to address immediately to Project team and Engineering

8. Make accurate post- measurements and survey report for as-built drawing

Requirements :

1. Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in land surveying and LTA.
