Job Description:

Site Manager

The Site Manager is a crucial role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects at the site level. They ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. As a Site Manager, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1) Project Coordination:

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

2) Resource Management:

6) Site Knowledge:

- Familiarity with construction site operations and procedures.

- Possess some knowledge of localized lighting control via Button Panels, Occupancy control, regulation and Central control and Monitoring features like remote area control and monitor.

Certifications and Technical Competence:

- Possession of WAH, CSOC and BCSS certifications is compulsory.

- Knowledge with electrical, control systems, HVAC system etc. is preferred.
