1. Operate a Help Desk to manage all issues relating to facilities feedback, service requests, and any other issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science or Materials Engineering discipline from recognised institution, with a minimum of 5-year experience in a managerial role ideally with laboratory management operations experience
• Must be well-versed with ISO17025 documentation and technical documents such as BS, EN, ASTM, etc.
• Candidates with SAC-SINGLAS Signatory will be advantageous.
