Essential:

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, construction or similar

Skills/Experience/Knowledge

Essential:

• 8 years-experience in contracts and subcontracts management
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated leadership ability in Contract Management for various types of contracts for both commercial and federal government customers, ranging in size from $1M to in excess of $50M
• Thorough knowledge of prime/subcontract formation and administration activities, and proven ability to effectively negotiate terms, conditions and price
• Ability to provide workable solutions to address a wide variety of contractual challenges.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:

• Experience in international contracts
• Experience in construction management or quantity surveying

Responsbilities

1. BIM Project Planning and Implementation

- Develop and implement BIM execution plans for each project.

- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure BIM standards are met.

- Identify project-specific BIM uses and requirements.

2. Model Creation and Management

- Oversee the creation of detailed BIM models in accordance with the firm’s standards and project specifications.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models at every stage of the project.

- Manage model integration and coordination between various disciplines to identify and solve clashes.

3. Simulation and Analysis

Conduct simulations using BIM models to test different scenarios and optimize project outcomes.

Perform analytics to assess project performance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Provide insights and recommendations based on model analysis to improve project design and execution.

4. Workflow and Process Optimization

Guide contractors and project teams in adopting virtual design and construction (VDC) workflows.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation in project delivery.

Train team members on BIM tools and methodologies.

5. Collaboration and Communication

Facilitate communication among project stakeholders through BIM coordination meetings.

Ensure that all parties have access to current models and documentation.

Liaise with external partners, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

6. Quality Control and Standards Compliance

Monitor BIM model quality and ensure compliance with Singapore’s building and construction standards.

Implement quality control procedures for BIM processes and deliverables.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to BIM and construction.

7. Documentation and Handover

Prepare and provide verified BIM models and documentation for project handovers.

Ensure that models and drawings meet all requirements for operations and maintenance.

Archive project data and models in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
