Job Description

• Client Service Officer (CSO) within the team covering institutional investors active in public markets i.e. asset managers, hedge funds and family offices who trade actively in public markets.

• Support the public markets team RMs in client KYC documentation, account opening and onboarding.

• Assist RMs in fixed deposit (FD) matters such as placements, rollovers, withdrawals.

• Lead the client account maintenance processes, including change of account mandates, multi-currency account (MCA) currency opt-ins, fee debiting, fee waivers, entity/account name changes and account closure procedures

• Be in charge of payments and transactional matters – including RFI queries, manual exceptions, agent bank queries, GIRO rejections.

• Assist RMs in account retagging and data cleanup and maintenance

• Any other adhoc tasks / projects assigned by the RMs/team from time to time on revenue data collation, events, sales, marketing, etc

• Support a smoother end to end journey for customers from onboarding to settlement of trades by working closely with product teams and support units.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Has customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions

· To provide one-stop customer service to corporate customers.

· Assist customers (primarily over the phone as an in-bound call agent) with dedication and passion on various enquiries and requests on *Corporate products; Corporate Account Services, Cash Management Products, Corporate Trade Services, Corporate Loans, Self-Service Banking, Corporate Live Chat.

· Resolve requests from corporate customers on general and transactional enquiries related to Corporate account products.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.

· Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.

1. Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on Housing loan, car loan and auto loan on their services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

2. Review customer existing home loan package and advice accordingly on the various option available

3. To protect home loan portfolio by managing customer expectation on loan repricing package offered

4. To respond and follow up on customers’ request promptly and accurately

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1.Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information.

2.Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution within SLA.

3.Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.

4. Provide support on IDEAL Web & Mobile, IDEAL Connect, IDEAL 3.0 Partner Bank, IDEAL RAPID, OCOE, and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.

5.Provide support on IDEAL forms enquiries/clarifications/rejections.

6.Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.

7.Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.

8. Handle internal hotline to support Relationship Managers/Assistant Relationship Managers & Branches

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year customer service experience in banking industry

Working hours (Have to work weekend as it is on rotating shift)

8.30am – 8.30pm, on 5-day work week

with rotating shifts, Mondays to Sundays and public holidays.
