Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Maintenance:

Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Discipline and Management Support:

• Patrol school premises and surrounding areas during and after school hours to ensure student safety and discipline.
• Assist with disciplinary investigations and follow-up actions, including handling student late-comers and those in detention or in-house suspension.
• Oversee and administer Corrective Work Orders as required.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Input data into the School Cockpit mobile system and other school-based systems for tracking student information.
• Track and follow up on student late-comers, maintaining accurate records and files.

1. Pupil Management Programmes Support:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist the HOD/Pupil Management and PMT in analyzing discipline data to identify trends in student behavior and attendance.
• Maintain attendance records and monitor trends in late-coming to support timely interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Minimum of a diploma (preferred fields: Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, or similar).

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working with youths and/or managing disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception and Counter Service:

• Manage the front desk, attending to the needs of walk-in customers, including parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students in a professional, prompt, and friendly manner.
• Assist students according to school guidelines, such as issuing graduation certificates and other relevant documents.
• Accept goods on behalf of staff and coordinate with them to ensure proper receipt of items.
• Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring they are answered within three rings.
• Issue stationery and loan items, providing guidance to users on the appropriate forms to use.
• Notify the General Office when stationery and first aid supplies in the Sick Bay require replenishment.
• Administer basic first aid to injured or ill students in the Sick Bay and issue excuse chits for students needing to leave school early.
• Manage lost and found items, ensuring they are promptly recorded, labeled, and organized.

1. Student Support:

• Perform administrative duties such as data entry and verifying the completeness of forms and documents submitted, including MOE FAS application forms and leave application forms.
• Manage latecomers by updating latecoming details in the Google form, issuing latecomer slips, updating daily student attendance, and notifying the Operations Manager about students issued with Corrective Work Orders.
• Coordinate parents' appointments for key personnel during Parents-Teachers Meetings.
• Support the Discipline Master in the safekeeping of Ezlink cards and handphones for latecomers/students.

1. Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance for fundraising events.
  Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the reception counter.
