Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out pre-delivery inspection & testing, installation & commissioning.
• To handle breakdown of equipment or attachments for repair & troubleshooting
• Complete service report including cause(s) of problems, details of repairs and detailed parts used for every job completed timely and submitted daily with time sheet to the respective supervisor/service engineer.
• Perform retrofitting and modification task and ensure the completed task is compliance with the drawing and instruction provided.
• Handle material preparation and stock level
• Any other duties as assigned by the service management.

REQUIREMENTS
•Must have Class 3 driving license

Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (ID3387)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: $3000 - $4200

Job Description:
-Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving sea export, sea import, warehouse & truck.
-Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support (sea import only)
-Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures.
-Track and monitor vessel arrivals / departures and update customers if any deviations.
-Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively.
-Roles- Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
-Coordinate with business partners on Sales lead from the origin or the destination.
-Provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide after-sales technical support to all local and regional customers.

- Manage coverage of on-site, telephone, email, and other remote technical support to customers in a timely and effective manner for all products

- Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers to resolve issues

- Escalate and update internal team on the product issues and follow up closely of the progress/solutions with customers

• Liaise with HQ and subsidiaries companies for any product or technical issues.
