- Order Processing: Manage customer purchase orders by preparing Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and reserving stock to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Procurement Coordination: Prepare and issue purchase requisitions for equipment, spare parts, and accessories required for projects or ad-hoc orders, ensuring approvals are obtained as needed.
- Vendor and Supplier Communication: Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers via email or phone to track shipment status and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Expediting and Scheduling: Monitor the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods, ensuring materials are identified and prepared for delivery through material take-off schedules.
- Warehouse and Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure goods are packed and delivered to customers on time, meeting project deadlines.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, or complaints such as invoice disputes, ensuring follow-up actions are taken promptly and effectively.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records of customer orders, quotations, and related documentation to ensure smooth operations and accessibility.
- Support Sales Management: Assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers in drafting proposals and quotations, collating project variations for price negotiations, and other project-related tasks.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experienced in ERP, preferably NetSuite
- Navigation communication product knowledge preferred.
